Document Processes: Develop process maps for all core and support processes.

Measure Performance: Identify customer requirements. Determine control points and specific process measures and targets. Collect data and develop statistical charts.

Analyze Performance: Analyze results, determine process stability and the ability to meet customer requirements.

Improve Processes: Plan and implement corrective action.
