Process Modeling and Analysis
EBP Consulting Services, Inc. develops process models for all core and support processes. These models shows how sub-processes and activities are sequenced. The level of detail is dependent upon the use and audience of the map. Models can be developed at the enterprise level or at the more detailed process, sub-process, activity and/or task levels.
What is it?
A process model is a diagram that helps to develop a common understanding of how a process operates and how major work groups within the process interact and interface. It is designed in a way that makes it easy for business people, who are not flow charting experts, to follow. It describes who does the work, what tasks are performed and the sequence of those tasks.
