With over 16 years of experience in organizational improvement, Erica brings a vast pool of practical knowledge and proven ability to her position as President of EBP Consulting Services, Inc. At EBP she combines these assets to assist organizations in the design, documentation (process modeling), measurement, management and continuous improvement of their business processes.
Erica has led major change efforts in the United States, Europe and Asia, in areas such as: asset management, telecommunications, human resources, collections, remittance processing, publishing, customer services, project management and product and service delivery. This work is often done in partnership with technology firms (including web based) to assure that business processes most effectively leverage new technology.
Erica is a Senior Examiner for the California Governor’s Golden State Quality Award and has used the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria to assess organizational performance over the past 6 years.
Erica has conducted numerous workshops throughout the United States on re-engineering, process modeling, process management, quality improvement, and leadership development.
She has a BA in economics and an MBA in management.
