Process Redesign and Improvement

EBP Consulting Services, Inc. uses a three phase approach to process improvement:

Assessment: Analyze processes and determine which, if any, require changes. Determine the most effective approach to process improvement: quick fix, incremental improvement or redesign.

Plan Improvement:

Redesign - Define current and ideal processes, learn through benchmarking what could be, and finally, analyze implications of the redesign on culture, systems, organization and employee skills.

Incremental - Define what is, identify root cause of the problem, and develop improvement recommendations.

Implement: Develop implementation plan (actions, timing, responsibility matrix), set up project management structure, train employees and implement (trials, full implementation, implementation reviews, etc.).
