Total Quality Problem Solving
Unlike the one-step process improvement or problem solving approach used by many (just solve it!), a systematic approach is a step-by-step model that a team can use as a road map to focus on a problem, determine the cause or the problem, develop creative solutions and implement and assess the most likely solution.
This is a two day workshop in which participants will learn and practice the key steps to problem solving and most frequently used process improvement tools. This is most effective when attended by a cross functional team.
