Creating Exceptional Business Results through the use of Process Modeling and Analysis
Superior processes are what provide value to the customer. Process modeling is a powerful method of looking beyond functional organizations and the politics associated with them and looking instead at the end-to-end core and support processes. Process models enable you to look across functional organizations to the process as a whole. With an understanding of the overall process and its inputs and outputs you can locate defects in the process, evaluate activities for value and identify candidates for quality improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
This is a three day hands on workshop which will enable participants to gain understanding of mapping techniques and to obtain practice at mapping one of their actual business processes. This is most effective when attended by a cross functional team.
