Continually Improving Business Results through the Practice of Process Management

Business processes are natural activities performed to produce value for the customer. In order to create superior processes you need to understand the process from beginning to end, its customers, their expectations, and the elements of the process which contribute to or hinder achievement of those expectations. In addition, the infrastructure must be in place to keep processes current, to assess process performance and to take improvement steps as required.

This is a three day workshop which is designed to give the participants an understanding of process management methodology and a practical hands on application of that methodology (including process modeling.) This is most effective when attended by a cross functional team.
